Marco Violato - Founding Partner
Marco Violato practises in the fields of civil law, commercial law, and international law, and is fluent in English.
He advises and represents individuals, companies, and professionals in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He is also a regular speaker at legal and professional conferences, seminars, and webinars.
Marco Violato graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2014 with a thesis on wealth taxation. He subsequently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Professions from the same university, presenting a thesis on avoidance actions.
Upon completing his studies, he enthusiastically embarked on his legal career.
In 2026, he was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Food Law and International Trade by LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
Marco Violato is a member of the Alberto Trabucchi Civil Lawyers' Association of Padua and serves on the Editorial Committee of PQM, a legal journal.

Giorgio Mazzucato - Founding Partner
Giorgio Mazzucato practises criminal law and acts as defence counsel in criminal proceedings of both local and national significance. He approaches every case with rigour, dedication, and a firm belief in the fundamental role of defence counsel in criminal proceedings. He is devoted to the uncompromising protection of his clients' rights and procedural safeguards.
Formerly affiliated with the Chair of Criminal Law at the University of Padua as a Subject Expert in Criminal Law and Comparative Criminal Law, serving at both the Padua and Treviso campuses, Giorgio Mazzucato is a member of the University Commission of the Francesco de Castello Criminal Lawyers' Association of Padua. He is also a regular speaker and moderator at legal conferences and public seminars.
Giorgio Mazzucato graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2014 with a thesis on environmental criminal law. He subsequently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Professions at the same university with a further thesis on environmental criminal law. He speaks English.
Upon completing his studies, he embarked on his legal career with passion and enthusiasm, focusing on criminal law.
